When the President is irrelevant

When the President is irrelevant
three things happen:

1.   Foreign policy, where he has the most independence, becomes irrelevant. Wanna-be despots come out to play.
2.   The MSM which put him in power becomes irrelevant too. They can’t push the public approval needle the way they did. The 2012 election will shrink their role.
3.   The Houses of Congress become more relevant by default, but not excellence.
