China gets just a couple cents of the American dollar. Their inflation won't cause America's.

Chinese goods only get 2.7 cents of every American dollar and half of that goes to the Americans who import and retail them.  It's hard to believe when you see the cardboard box labels at Walmart but the trade numbers are plain.  Think whom you buy houses, cars, fast food, and gasoline from.
Inflation in China will have little effect in America.
Here's the proof:
1.   $34.4 billion is the latest monthly import total from China. The yearly total at the same rate is $412.8 billion.
2.   USD GDP annualized is $15,003.8 billion.
3.   412.8  divided by 15,003.8 =  0.0275         Spelled out by "Mish".
