S&P credit upgrades - Ohio, Saskatchewan, Colombia, Indonesia, Bolivia.

Some jurisdictions recently got better marks - what goes down can come up.
Ohio:  AA+ on long term bonds.  The rating was revised from "negative" to "stable" after Gov. John Kasich signed a new budget the ratings agency says will essentially balance the state's finances for the next two years.
Saskatchewan: AAA.    Rather than quickly spending its newly-earned wealth, the provincial government has put its tax revenue toward paying the bills. S&P gave special credit to Saskatchewan for its “low-and-declining debt burden.”
Colombia:  Raised to BBB-/A3  (Lowest "Investment Grade")
Indonesia:  Raised to BB+
Bolivia:  Raised to B-plus
