China foreign exchange reserves are new and getting bigger.

Source: Mauldin     China's reserves have emerged in the last ten years.  The US is also on the graph if you look closely.  What we called "Emerging Economies" are stronger now and "some have adult supervision when it comes to fiscal fitness".  In a couple years these high-growth economies will account for more of the world's GDP than the developed nations.
