His best line:  The United States will always be a Triple A country.  Inspiring but untrue.

The speech started at 1:50 pm. and there is no uptick.  As did many previous speeches, it started late, fifty minutes in this case.  When he has something important to say, be there on time and say it.  Did he have trouble finding matching socks?  Obama's Tardiness Sets Him Apart From Bush  (This story is 2-1/2 years old).
