"Obama is to blame" - Democrats will scapegoat him.
Obama has blamed others for his problems. The finger is turning to point at him and Democrats are going to pile on. It will suit them to blame him for ineffective bailouts, Obamacare's flaws, the S&P credit downgrade and Male Pattern Baldness too. He's a tempting target.
