Romney million $ donation came from bogus company

W Spann LLC was created in March and vanished in June after donating $1.0 million to Romney's campaign.  Beckel of the Center for Responsive Politics (OpenSecrets.org: Mission) says some former Romney aides were involved.    The optics are bad and without Beckel's research, I'd have wondered if it was a black op to discredit Romney's run.
