Evidence of chemical spill |
Citizens of a small Okanagan town (Oliver BC) woke to
find a chemical spill this morning had coated exposed surfaces in the
town. A fine layer of crystalline di-hydrogen oxide in powder form had settled almost everywhere. (See attached photo). Brisk winds raised concerns that it
would come in contact with the skin of the elderly and infants and
possibly even enter the town's water supply. Should the government be
doing something about this?
