When Governor Palin takes aim at cronies in biz, guv and unions,
when she stands for decency, plain talk and courage,
I feel optimism about America and want to help out.
This optimism is shared with millions
who are waiting for the return of a champion.
She's still standing while Occupy has come and gone,
while Obama looks a fool for dithering and meddling,
when scandals are the daily news from Washington
and big shots prove to be hypocrites and liars.
Americans are gaining voice and traction through new media
while elites and old media are not.
The next two elections will surprise pundits
and voices like Sarah Palin's will "unexpectedly"
catch the beat of the nation.
