The 2010 census map shows one dot (by race) for every reported human being in the United States. If you don't live in an apartment, you can probably find your own dot. This near perfect mapping says more about where people settled and moved, the history of their race in America, where roads run, where the soil is good and rainfall is adequate than any other map you have ever seen of continental United States. Because it has everyone everywhere.
