For me, this interactive graph is a game changer.  Follow the link, not the picture below and hover over any disease for background data.  Left to right is the Ro factor.  Down to up is the percentage of expected deaths.  The various Sars viruses are in the lower left quadrant.  Think about it before surrendering one jot more of your freedom.
