Pictures from the Build a Quick Boat contest in Sidney BC, Canada Day.
$100 of supplies from the lumberyard, four hours to build with hand tools, no permits, three in a boat and bring a life jacket. One valiant team has two sealed garbage pails strapped to poles. One has a computer printout to perfectly utilize a 6" sheet of styrofoam.
