Is space pixellated?

At the tiniest scale, space is pixellated according to quantum theory.
Grainy, not smooth.
Pixel size, if it's really there, is proved to be very small.
The calculation was done by comparing how much high and low frequency radiation is twisted (polarized) as it arrives from the farthest reaches of the universe.
